Yes, but I strongly recommend that you use the LL1660S/PP interstage transformer with a 2.25+2.25:1+1 stepdown connection, rather than the connection shown, to improve the drive impedance. With so many paralleled tubes, you will recover the lost gain in the output stage, so it won't cause a gain problem.
