arend-jan,Thanks for your reply. The circuit you attached looks similar to the Mood Indigo linestage kit offered by K&K/Raleigh except it uses 6H30 instead of 6N1P (which I think is better). In your case, did you use 2 6H30 triodes (1 for each channel) or did you use just a single 6H30 (one half for each channel)
I can't get rid of the SRPP if the DAC because its too difficult to mod it (its a commercial DAC - Zanden) and I like the sound as is anyway.
