Kt88 vs 845 / 1660 interstage hook up question

I am using the early LL1660 interstage into a push pull kt88 with a fixed (adjustable) bias. I want to run the 845's at the same operating points and hear what it sounds like. Heard some good reviews on lower voltage 845 amps. These are the first DHT's I have used. I have looked at lots of schematics and what I can see is they seem to be run on a fixed bias and the cathode is not a factor anymore. This confuses me has I can not see where the circuit is complete with the B+.

If I hook up LL1660 the same way 16/21 to grid and 13/18 to the negative voltage for the bias and leave the cathode to ground off the 845 would I have any problems?

Thanks Tom
