That's close to my 6b4g PP.With low-mu driver tubes (10) and low-mu output tubes (4) I still have excessive gain - and it seems that your circuit will have unacceptably high gain, unless there are lots of feedback - but most likely, you can't have IT's and feedback together. I suspect a single-stage driver is more appropriate for output pentodes.
Maybe I'm a poor tweaker, but a two-stage 6N30P+LL1660SE driver like this was quite disappointing. Two-stage triode-strapped EL84 (Reflector) was way better but still below directly-heated tubes.
May I also recommend you replacing first stage cathode R and C with a grid battery (see schematics). It's the second best tweak after battery power.
