Hi Keto,
You have several options. First I'll talk about standard offerings and then about DIY.For the standard offerings, into 15K Ohms the transformer output stage, which has about 2800 Ohm output impedance, would not be a good choice. Your choice here is the tube output stage, which has 250-Ohm output impedance. Into a 50K input impedance, either should be okay.
For the DIY, you have a lot of gain in your preamp. The output directly from the RAKK DAC into 47 Ohm resistors should give you about 0.26V RMS at full signal so this level is compatible with your preamp. Now the RAKK DAC output is differential so you will need to provide a differential to single ended conversion as well as ground isolation. A pair of LL1676 transformers (one for each channel) wired 1:1 would be an elegant solution here.
