Wiring LL9206 ground connections.

I am currently wiring my LL9206's to the input of my newly finished Bottlehead Seduction. Concerning the wiring of the LL9206 (1:20 setup), can I wire pins 1,2,7,8,13,14,and 16 to the same ground point? On the Seduction, there is a common ground plate where all of the circuit grounds meet. The input RCA jacks and ground post are actually mounted on the ground plate.
As a side question, is or can there be a sonic difference between the 1:10 and the 1:20 setup besides for loudness?
