I doubt if it matters much from a practical standpoint. There is not a lot of 20-30Hz stuff going around. The 100mA version allows you to push the envelope even more if you feel like it and it's a stock item here at K&K Audio, whereas the 80mA version is special order. Same price, but a longish delay (6 weeks).
