Hi All

An update, apparently the company Lawyer got around to looking at the e-mails and reply’d to work about them.
So far as the immediate threat, he said something to the effect that anyone can find a Lawyer to file a suit about anything if paid to but more often than not, such threats are just puffery. If he actually files, deal with it then.

The bottom line (distilled ) is that it is not common to have some one in my position on public forums talking about things related to what I do at work and he advises against it generally.
Fortunately Brad is not asking me to stop altogether, just to avoid the party involved.
Since I am not representing the company and this is a “public” forum that I (or anyone else) can pretty much say what ever they want as long as they follow the forum rules.

So, to paraphrase Anne Potts in Ghostbusters “I’m back” and thanks for the support, it made a difference.
