CHI-TOWN SUMMER HORN BASH

Thought some of you loons might be interested in the lastest info on the upcoming CHI-TOWN SUMMER HORN BASH to be held on July 27, 2002 at The Radisson Hotel in Star Plaza, Merriville, Indiana (just 45min from downtown Chicago).

For those fiends that missed the Midwest Audiofest or had a great time and want more, this promises to be a worthwhile event. Plenty of horn-freaks will be on hand with their gear. Look for horns, tubes, and SS with commercial and DIY offerings in service. The Chicago Horn Club will be showing a bevy of gear - Brennan will have his horns as well as several other Inmates and HIFI companies.

The esteemed Dr. Bruce Edgar will be on hand delivering several lectures, both of interest: "Design Factors for Horn Loudspeakers" and "Voigt and Klipsch" which will be a slide show and discussion. I imagine both of these lectures to be very worthwhile. Dan Wiggins and Dr. David Hyer will also give a lecture on "Art and Science of Speaker Design."
