I know there have been many threads relating to this topic, but I am having a challenge getting any meaningful volume at of my Rhea sub, when hooked to my Lowther speakers.
The sub's cables are run from the amps binding posts, so they "see" the same signal as the main speakers. I'm thinking that because the subs are a whole lot less efficient than the Lowthers, when the Lowthers are at normal volume in my room, the Rhea 'thinks' the bass volume is normal, but if fact is way to low.
I need to turn the volume of the Rhea all the way up and still can't the volume. The bass signal is there, and the cross over is doing its thing...and I'm at loss at what to do. PLEASE any suggestions or help???????
