I prepared a drawing using French Curves from the official BFH plans. I then had an architect friend prepare CAD files from my drawings. A timber manufacturer near Sydney (Woollongong) cut the slices out of 32mm MDF. Approx cost was AUD$800, incuding the veneered side panels.
