EZ Ultimate clock interface

I am interested in the EZ clock and would like to replace the existing oscillator in my DEQX HDP-3. This unit uses the 12.288 Mhz crystal which is surface mounted on the PCB.
Looking at the spec and pictures, how would I connect your clock module. There will be an interface mismatch. Is it possble to use your EZ clock for surface mounted oscillators.
