I'm really interested in the Tram 2 preamp but information on it is very limited. I have read the ETM review but would like to hear from AA fellows' experiences.
I understand the Tram 2 is very flexible and can make use of various types of triodes. So the question is what's the best triode for use in the Tram2? Or what are the characteristics of each type of triode when used in the Tram2, such as 45, 2A3, or even 10?
How does the Tram2 compares to other active preamps?
Any sharing of experiences will be appreciated.
