Bad voltage readings on Lux

I decided to check the voltages on the Lux after Power Tx swap and some run time. DC measurements are way off for one of the channels. Voltage across the green 1K resister reads 131 volts. For pin2 to pin4 reads 275v and pin3 to GND reads 35v. I swap out the 300Bs and got similar readings, at this point I turn the amp off. What is causing the voltages to be this far off.
