Seriously Brian, this has been one of the best posts I can ever remember you sharing. I am not just saying that because you are replying to me.

I know most of the people you deal with are very knowledgeable but I am not and I think posts like this are exactly what us less than confident lurkers need to maybe take the next step....or at least ask a question or two that might lead to the next step.

Simply an awesome post.
