the value is correct and the same one we use. Unless something else changed, there is actually a slight rise in the bass response with the LCR modules and that value capacitor.
Of course the obvious thing with Teflon/tinfoil caps is they do take time to run in, but the magnitude of change you describe seems more than just an run in issue. however I would give it a few weeks just to make sure it's not that the capacitor needs playing.
