No extra shorts to ground, the new bias pots are all plastic.

I think I got a bad set of capacitors I used for the Bias supplies, All four of them were bloated but the hum was gone. They were of unknown age from a junk box. (funnily enough the same box as some 3.3 ohm resistors that were marked 33 ohm)

I put the original capacitors back in and the hum is gone.
