Alan,

I don't know anything about clamps, but if you are asking if the 70 uFs can be used in power supplies, the answer is yes.

The Lux amp has two 70 uF Obbligatos. I also installed one of them in my DAC's tube power supply.

I think these are wonderful caps for power supplies.
