BIX...how much oil?

hi all,

I just switched the original BIX bearing out for the new one, and I'm using Tri-Flow. I oiled the "pit" beneath the bearing and lubed the shaft.

I still hearing some scraping (is this the bearing itself rubbing the tefoln button???!!!) but I'm hopeful as I left the motor running for one day so far; seems as though it has quieted down a touch.

A few have mentioned here that it takes a bit for the Teflon to get in the right place; should I add a bit more oil? A couple drops through the top?
