Hi Brian,

I don't know the voltages used in Hong Kong but I suspect it is 220v at a different frequency? Here it is about 120v but sometimes as low as 117v and 60hz. The ps case buzz appears to be at 60hz. Perhaps this is a sympathetic frequency for the case that would not be reproduced using your home voltages or different frequency current? Who knows?
