I have received the DIY HiFi Supply Ltd. Ultra Low Noise Filament Supply, and I have some questions:

I have the on-line spec/info sheet and refer to it below.

My application is a Dynaco ST70 converted to operate PP DHT 6B4G instead of PP EL34. Power trans has 2 sets of 3.15V - 0V - 3.15V windings (one set for each side of 2 tubes). The 3.15 legs are connected to the tube filaments for summed 6.3V. 6B4G spec is 6.3V for filament connections. The 0V center tap(s) for the filament windings go through a 750 Ohm cathode bias resistor to ground

About the AC winding wires, the spec/info sheet states “these wires should be floating (ie no centre tap connected to ground)”
?? I interpret that my current [ filament AC center tap > cat bias R > ground ] circuit topology is not appropriate for use with the DIY filament supply; is this interpretation correct?
?? I interpret that the for use with the DIY supply the circuit topology should reflect the spec/info sheet illustration showing the cathode resistor connecting directly to pin 1 of power tube(s)and ground, and the 0V center tap(s) remain(s) unconnected. Are these interpretations correct? In this context, how is the value of the cathode resistor established?

The spec/info sheet states: “The device needs about 1 to 1.5V headroom to regulate ...”
?? Since my power trans filament windings are nominally 6.3V, and the 6B4G filament V requirement is 6.3V, how can I concurrently satisfy the device headroom requirement and the tube filament requirement?

The spec/info sheet give two "options" for mode of operation: "Traditional Regulator" and "VCCS Regulator". I interpret that the delivered device is set up as VCCS Regulator.
?? Is this correct?

Thank you for your time.
