RS Components and Farnell Components.
We don't have much else for obscure components in my country. You could try Maplin and Parts Express if you have those. Unfortunately international freight and currency conversion fees make it too difficult to buy form there.
The expensive ones were for 1000V and about 200 amps. For lower currents they only sold individual diodes. The ones I got were $4 each.
Price went up exponentially with voltage. They had a few around 100V, I needed 800V.

I was not only looking for fast diodes, but soft recovery, ultra low noise as well.

Perhaps DIY HIFI Supply should consider stocking a selection of nice diodes and bridges.
