Anyone using the Reckhorn A400 sub amp?

It looks very interesting but I'm a little reluctant to jump on one. I'm not familiar with their products or history and wondering what service difficulties I may encounter if something needs repair.

Anyone using their products? How's the build quality/reliability?

And most importantly ... how do they sound?
