It's probably been optimized for 85mA or so. With 110mA being the max. (Ball park figures here). So it won't damage the amp...but your output transformer might saturate so to speak. It will only affect the driver tube in that the bigger current will draw more current from the power supply. Dropping the b+ for the 300B and the driver. Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong.
