Increasing LadyDay plate current

I am thinking about purchasing a pair of Emission Labs 300B-XLS tubes to try out. According to their web site additional power and better sound can be had by increasing the plate current up to ~110ma. Is there any danger to the amp in doing this? I have a Cherry Special Lady Day w/ a grid choke.
Am I correct in thinking that to accomplish this I just need to adjust the 25 watt resistor or will that also affect the loading of the driver tube? Thanks in advance for the input.
