Ella Signature Output Transformer wiring

Just received the new output transformers for the Ella amp. There is no wiring diagram for connecting the input power and signal wires to the transformer.

The Speaker side 0-16 ohms are labeled.

Colors are:

Orange
Grey
Red
White
Purple

Any help would be much appreciated.
