TVC Source Impedance

Hi Brian,
I am rebuilding my LCR-phonostage and wonder what the optimum output impedance for this would be for driving the Silk TVCs I bought from you. The lower, the better? At the moment the output impedance from the RIAA is 3k but I suspect it shuld be lower.
