I want to replace some resistors with tantalums but i cant get the exact values. is it ok to replace an exact uf match with a resistor rated at a higher voltage? ie a 1/2 watt for a 1/4 watt?
but what i really want to know is can i replace a 249kohm 1/4 wat metal film resistor with a 250kohm 1/2 watt tantalum? it is for a tube amp...
also can i use the 30g silver wire as internal hookup wire for speakers?
