Ella - Is Toroidal Power Transformer burnt?

I shorted the B+ to ground by mistake and now don't have any power coming from the power trnsformer including 6.3V. The fuse is good, and 120VAC are coming through. I did connect the temparature sensing wires for thermal runway at the time I built the amp, but I am not sure if that protected the transformer and how to check that:)

Any suggestions? Do I need to purchase a new Toroidal power transformer?
