Our shipment has arrived. Will try to get pricing up on the webpage.
As configured we've ~100 ohms output impedance using 6N1 and 5687. The cage was added and tube mounted elevated for a little extra safety.
My take on the Aikido (credit John Broskie of tubecad) sound: bags of drive, very quiet, turn-on-a-dime sound. Expansive sound stage, width and depth. Definitely not in the vintage camp but still delivers tone.
This is all in stock form. I'm thinking to try some octal tube combinations.
