Hm. Well, their PX25 is somewhat different than original specs, isn't it? (e.g. UX base vs. B4/B5 base) At least they reportedly got everything else mostly right (According to Gordon R., at least). Too bad it wasn't a globe.

No, oxide only AFAIK. 7.5v @ 1.25A. The good thing is if they can get a 50 to come out right, the filament is also the same for the 10. (new 10s! now that would be cool.)
As always, my highest priority (not that I expect them to do this - they didn't on the 45):
Globe glass. No connection via micas of plate to glass. (e.g. a REAL globe. )
IMHO, interstage is the way to go for the 50, as far as amps go.
