I have a sticking return mechanism on a Pioneer semi automatic table. The existing lubricate on the sliding surfaces is a dark color making think that its a moly grease, but a moly grease would seem to be too heavy. I was thinking more like lithium grease. Anybody know the answer?

Thanks,

Mike

Go to a bicycle shop and get some synthetic lube from them. Various brands and prices so you be the judge. Also a tackle shop would help you with lube used on fishing reels. Use a Q-tip and small paint brush like for painting model cars, clean as best as possible with 91% alcohol and start anew. Good luck.
