Having spent time playing with flat-panel speakers myself this past year, this article from my local newspaper jumped out at me.

Yeah, as I sit listening to full-range stats, I have to ask myself, why?

How can you stand all that "reverberating"?
(This from a 40-year devotee of ESLs but not a big fan of Maggies and the like.)
