Acoustic Revive QR-8 tape

I just purchased some small pieces of smokey quartz off of a vendor on E-Bay and plan to experiment using them at various points of my audio system, from what I understand Acoustic Revive supplies a thin two way tape to secure the QR-8 smokey quartz pellets and they advise that a rubber type glue such as adhesive RTV will negate the positive effects. Do any of you know of a two way tape available from Lowes or Home Depot that is much like what Acoustic Revive gives you with the QR-8 kit?
