 Does anyone have info about this tube? Other then the nice blue glow? :D

 I believe that the blue tubes has similar electrical characteristics to the clear glass JJ EL34. I really don't like the tone of the JJ EL34. But, the E34L is another story. It has a tone very similar to the old Tesla E34L (which also had a colored [red] glass version, if I remember correctly). Biased properly, the E34L has a nice powerful bass with warm midrange. Nicely rounded off high end. I feel the Svetlana (=C=) EL34 is a much better tube than the JJ EL34. Cleaner tone. And I've had better luck with the Svetlana lasting longer than either JJ EL34 or E34L.
