 I purchased tube from this seller and it was DOA.
His name is Ken Hyanes and he told me to ship it back so that he can inspect the tube himself. Item was shipped but refund he promise has not arrive in 3 month. I have sent him a dozen of email and he finnally stop responding. He first lie about check already sent. He then lie about money order has been sent to me. PLEASE do not buy from this mail fraud person.

This is worst than selling fake tubes

 Looks like he screwed somone else. They used a buy-it-now to post negative feedback on a previous auction that he stalled on so they could not leave a neg. Hmm, lets see what his next ebay ID is. Someone should report him to eBay.

 Apparently, from reading the thread that was posted below, this guy tries to drag you out until you can't leave negative feedback for him anymore. How long ago did this happen? Did you leave him feedback?

 I am sorry to hear that. I have seen in his adds before and one look was enough to convince me that the probability that he was not honest was quite high.

Here is a man who posts tubes with prices two to three times higher than anyone else ever sold the tube for; he posts fuzzy pictures; he refuses to take payment in forms that can be appealed or reversed. This guy has "thief" written all over him.

Probably 95% or more of the buyers and sellers on Ebay are honest and all of us make mistakes from time to time. Next time, look more carefully for signs of deception.
