Old RCA amplifiers paint colour?

Am building some new SET amplifiers, and want to paint them the same shade of grey as 1950s RCA equipment. If anyone here has ever figured out a paint code for this colour I would really appreciate it, since it would be a lot easier than hauling a 50lb amplifier to the hardware store :)

Military grey would also do, like the colour of a TV7 or similar.

Hi maxhifi,

If you're looking for the official MilSpec Colors you would go to the below link, its the color chart used by the services. Additionally if memory serves and going back a few years, maybe more than a few, I believe the color you seek is called Haze Gray in Semi Gloss.
