Can I Post Request For A Back Issue of TAS

My September Issue of TAS was not delivered. I asked them to send a replacement copy and I received a letter from them saying there were no copies available and no more would be printed.

I would like to purchase a copy from someone who doesn't save them. Could I post this request on the Asylum? If so which forum. Thanks in advance.
