Hello! I am looking around for some answers, I was previously in Diyaudio forum, there someone suggested I should write here: I have on my hands two BMS 12 c262 coaxial speakers. they are rated 400w rms. I would like your thoughts in this - what type of enclosure would you suggest to achieve somewhat close to 400w output from them and maximally low xcross frequency. say 120hz. In a sealed enclosure they would work from 200hz no problem. the other idea was to add a small horn to make it just a little bit efficient if possible if crossing from 200 - 1800. This is for PA use Thanks and have a good day August |

there are suggestions 12C262 is the driver used in Soundfield Audio's "1812 Overture" audiophile speaker. The description indicates a sealed cabinet for the coax. Its a very nice looking driver. IN the US, I think only the 12C362 is readily available (from Assistance Audio) Soundfield Audio's 1812 Overture Speaker Karlson Evangelist |
