I'm thinking that carbon composite panels may be ideally nonresonant.

Uhhh Go to DIYaudio forums and hunt up Foan Core Speakers. More than a few Horn speakers made out of 1$ store FoaM Core board.
Build a speaker in a couple of Hours.
Sans the expense or Hassle of some dorky /recalcitrant 3d printer contraption
PS; those Foam speakers sound ...Surprisingly.. good.
Putting the lie to a whole lot of Speaker building folklore in process.
