Take a look at the photo. That's how a tuner arrived at our shop. A box was cut apart and wrapped around the tuner, then the resulting mess was wrapped in bubble wrap, most of which was popped enroute. You can see the label on the bubble wrap.

Surprisingly, the tuner arrived intact.

Going to leave neutral feedback.

I wish eBay required sellers to view videos on packing relevant to their merchandise.

The tuner arrived safely, why the neutral feedback?. I agree, the packaging is not exactly by the book, but it worked.

Now, that's what I Call a 'Cost-No-Object' packing job.

What a goof to send something like that, and shame on the shipper for Accepting it.

I'm glad you don't have to go thru insurance hell with a broken piece.
