has anyone had any problems with tower refunding their monies after a cancellation?i canceled an order in late aug.09 and haven't received a credit to my account yet.i received 2 e mails a week apart ,telling me that my refund has been processed.i've received nothing yet.

have recently been ordering from cd universe,very good classical selection..no tax unless you live in ct.of the 4 orders,they were all received within 3 days.

I believe it's unlawful for a vendor to take payment unless they can deliver the goods. Most sellers don't charge until the item is shipped. I don't like the way Tower does it.

That's a pretty good sign they are struggling with daily operating capital.
Just file a dispute with your credit card company and that will take care of it.
