Now we all know the troll was not going anywhere on his own accord. Just look at the desperate and ridiculous attempt to discredit me and my claims below. I would like to thank the few people that came to my aid, when this freak tried to twist my post around.

I am now relieved to know that it will be extremely difficult for the Elf Troll to scam another member of our community. I am out 861 dollars and will never see it again. I was lucky enough to be able to absorb this loss. I couldnt imagine if it happened to me 5 years ago, when I didnt have much money to throw around. I would of been devastated. I am sure he did get, or would of got someone less fortunate, who was saving up for an item and watched his hard earned money disappear and only a few pair's of the most "god awful, chinsy, thin lamp wire" Elf calls cables to show for it.

Regardless of all the nonsense, his cables really are horrible compared to other moderately priced cables one can buy on audiogon. The modestly priced Zu cables, eat elf cables alive. I cant believe this guy was in business for so long....

Hi, My name is Rudolff Zigray. I recently purchased a pair of speaker
cables off of Ernest of Elf Audio. They were not Elf Audio Cables. They
were a 3 meter pair of Audience AU24e speaker cables. I paid 861 dollars
for the cables. Ernest shipped the cables USPS, with out no insurance or
Direct Signature. I never received my item. Nor based on the service
Ernest used, can I verify what address was on the box.

Ernest tells me he never had an issue using USPS and this if the first time
anything like this happened. This is why he did not ship with insurance or
direct signature. He refused to refund my money but offered his cables
instead.

Now, I am not sure what happened. Ernest seems to be honest. But when I
saw the feedback you left Elf Audio, You state you had an issue in which
something happened to your item, USPS screwed up? and Ernest gave you cables
instead? Was your item something other than Elf Cables?

I am a member with oustanding feedback. I really appreciate if you could
please describe your experience with Ernest of Elf Audio. It will help me
in my situation right now. If I can be any help to you in the future,
please do not hesitate to ask. Again, I thank you for your time and
consideration into this matter.

 Hello Wendell,

I changed my business name because there is another Elf Audio that sells car audio online and they own the domain name..check out their site.

If you go to audiogon and look up my feedback I was still getting great feedback during and even after this Rudy thing.

Rudy did not cause me to change my business name, another business with the same excact name was the reason I changed my name.

Rudy was the only customer out of several hundred satified customers that had an issue,Rudy really didn't even affect my business so why would I up and change over him?

 ELF Audio has been around forever along with the phony ELF Audio who is a troll named Ernest Lee Farley. See the troll never had a problem with another company having the same name because he may get a few strays from the other legitmate business, thinking he was one and the same. Genius actually just like how he scammed members on audiogon. When he was exposed, he tried to change his name claiming a problem with another existing company that has been around longer than he has.

So Ernest you have been around for over 5 years and all this time you werent aware of another company with the same name that has been here all along?

Hmmm... you know you would stay up late at night googling "elf Audio" to see how many links you had....what a pathetic troll...

 If this customer was so unhappy with your product, why did you not accept a return of the product. Now you are in a pissing contest with the guy and having your buisness smeared in the process. you could blow out the returned cable as a demo.

 The original transaction started when Rudy bought a pair of Au24 speaker cables from me which he claims he never received even though the USPS Delivery Confirmation number claims he received the package.Rudy later demanded a full refund and I would not give it to him because the package was delivered.Rudy sent several crazy emails to me stating he would post on Audiogon and the AudioAsylum to destroy my business if I didn't give him a full refund and I told him to go ahead do what you had to do. After Rudy saw I was firm in my stance he completely changed his approach and asked could he get a partial refund and some of my cables. I accepted his offer because I really didn't want any bad blood with a customer. I sent Rudy $400 and some of my cables... after he got the cables and the money he then began his rant on the cable asylum about how I scammed him.

Bottom line is Rudy was mad that I would not give him a full refund...so he did what he had to do to get a $400 partial refund and cables from me...after he received the $400 and cables he reverted back to the crazy rude Rudy and posted here that I scammed him.

 Hello Rudy,

I'm very sorry for this inconvienence. I have heard of the horror stories concerning USPS,but I use them almost everytime and have never had any problems like this before. I checked the tracking number and it did say it was delivered. I have your address written down on the delivery confirmation slip,and it matches your confirmed paypal address. You are out of $861.00 and I am out of the cables....this sucks for us both. I will contact my local branch and find out what can be done. Hopefully they made some mistake,and the cables will show up. I will never use USPS again for anything valuable again!

What about the guy in January, listed in your audiogon feedback? Everyone take a look at the USPS problem in january!

I agree it is not your fault,you did your part by paying for the cables,but it is not my fault either,I did my part by shipping the cables and providing you the tracking number.I am a little confused myself because the tracking number says the package was delivered to you. You have great feedback as do I,which leads me to believe you,but you must understand my position on this as it seems like an easy way to get a free pair of cables.

Anyhow, give me a couple days to see what happened to the package,worse case scenario I can offer you $861.00 worth of my Golden speaker cables and interconnects shipped via FedEx Ground.

The same thing he did for this gentleman....pasted below as well... You can see it is he who made the offer not me....total proof this guy is a scammer

 This if from the Audiogon dispute:

"After a week, June 2nd, I still don’t have 400 dollars or the cables… I email him asking how long it will be and he tells me he is waiting on spades. I say use bananas and please ship. We agreed in several emails to use a Postal Money order for my refund. I tell him to simply include a postal money order with my cables in the package. When I finally get the package, I opened it up and all that is in there were cables, no money order? I immediately email him and ask where my money order is? Audiophile36 tells me he put 400 dollars cash in the envelope with my cables. The cables came in a shipping envelope, he told me he put 400 dollars in between the cables. Who would put 400 dollars cash in a shipping envelope when he supposedly just had an issue where a package disappeared out of thin air??"


Why would you send cash? Who's to know you did or didn't?

 I did send the package with Signature verification and it was signed for by one of Rudys employees.Rudy has all his packages shipped to the factory where he works at so it is really no telling what could have happened to the package.All I know is that everytime I shipped to Rudy the package status was always DELIVERED.

I've been at Cedar Point with the family all day today and we just got home,boy am I tired. We have a deal my friend,$400 plus some cables.

Please cancel the paypal dispute,so we can move on to getting you some cables and your $400 refund. This go around I will ship your cables via FedEx ground with insurance and signature confirmation.
