I ordered some svetlana 6AS7G tubes from EPOS USA over 2 months ago for $95. They were listed on ecrater. They don't answer emails or phone calls. I gave them some time to ship the order since I figured it was coming from Russia or eastern Europe. I can't even leave them negative feed back since its been over 2 months. I paid using Google checkout with a discover card so maybe I can get a charge back. Oh well!

Call Discover. You'll have to send them a letter.

Don't bother with the agency that issued the credit card to you. At least my experience is that the agency's customer service is designed to collect past due funds (bill collector), and they will get get rid of you as FAST as possible. But, Discover will help.

I finally got a reply from a dude (probably b/c of google checkout), saying that delivery was made in Philadelphia, Pa. (gave a USPO tracking #.) WTH! I live in Pensacola Beach, Florida. Gotta call Discover. There something rotten in Borschville.

thanks,
Stephen

My discover card was finally credited. I got a terse email saying "False delivery...sorry" WTH?
Anyway just out some aggravation.
