Personally I think Beck overplays it here, and no, I'm not suggesting Bonomassa is a better guitar player...I just really haven't enjoyed Beck much since the Truth album.

I have heard Joe and Beth's recording. Joe is a guitar virtuoso IMO. Not a great singer. I have seen him live and it is a nonstop show.

Joanne Shaw Taylor. She caught my atenttion in the guitar mags a few years back.

Also refreshing to see a 30 something WITHOUT tattoos!

She has a bit of Janis Joplin in her.

Beth Hart did play Janis in a Broadway play a few years back. She is a favorite of mine, and my wife too.

I love the way he plays that song. I found this while surfing you tube.

cover Freddie King, El Becko has a pass.

I took JB 's album"The Jeff Beck Group" to play at this years SHOW.
Played the record on a system which the table retail price exceeded my humble VPI Classic by 20X!

GD is one of my favorite cuts from the album.
