I was watching a video from realtraps and noticed ethan said that fiberglass absorbs better if sound hits straight on rather than an angle. Can i "toe in" my fiberglass 10 or 15 degrees toward my speakers to absorb better at the first reflection point????. Thanks.

That's more a theoretical advantage. At very shallow angles, dense rigid fiberglass might absorb less enough to notice. But in practice, placing panels parallel to the walls and ceiling works well.
