Audionirvana+ What's "CoreAudio Compatible DAC" and is RAKK?

I've been downloading the new beta version of Audionirvana+ with Direct Mode. I'm struggling with implementing it - have sound on iTunes but no streaming TV via TVCatchup (UK). Any A+ users here?

Anyway, part of the implementation seems to involve CoreAudio Compatible DAC. I can't pretend I speak nearly enough geek to get all this, and am becoming wary of Geeks bearing gifts.....

I have RAKK v.1 and USB board.

Any takers here?
