Sony 2250 motor

I wanted to run my Sony 2250 with a Wave Mechanis from Nottingham. Anyone know if this is possible? I took it apart and found 6 wires running into the motor. 2 Magenta, 1 black, 1 green, 1 stripy green, 1 stripy black. Thanks, Crubio
