How do I get rid of these marks on A25?.

 A25 Dark rings. Wood is super smooth just marks are there looks like a plant was on it in the sun. Any tips on how to get rid or do I have to sand? THX

What does then grind everything mean?? Paint with veneer? Not sure I follow.
