Need Schematic for Quadaptor

 I've got a Quadaptor that's in nice shape and complete. I opened it to see what kind of shape it's in. It's in great but never-complete condition! There are no wires connected to the rear speaker terminals. I've looked on the web every place I can think of. Does anyone have a schematic for this simple device?
